Accessibility
Last updated September 4, 2026
We want everyone to be able to make and watch a funmemo video, including people who use screen readers, keyboards only, magnification or reduced motion. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and check the site with automated audits and manual keyboard passes before each release.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with real headings, labelled form fields and buttons, and visible focus states.
- Text contrast that meets AA on every page, including the dark hero sections.
- Video players with native controls, captions where speech exists, and no autoplay with sound.
- Animations respect the “reduce motion” system setting.
- The site works at 200% zoom and on small phones without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
Generated videos are visual by nature; we add captions with years and names, and you can add your own narration. The photo editor is best on a screen wider than 360px. The live chat widget is provided by a third party and follows their accessibility support.
Tell us
If something is hard to use, email hello@fun-memo.com with the page and what happened. We reply within two business days and fix real blockers first.
