Most animations are ready in 2 to 5 minutes, and the finished video a couple of minutes after that. You don't have to keep the tab open. We email you when it's done.
Retry it up to 3 times for free, with or without instructions ("slower", "keep the smile"). You can also swap the photo. If the whole video isn't what you hoped, you have 30 days to ask for a refund.
