About funmemo

funmemo makes one thing: a video where someone you love grows up in front of your eyes, built from the photos you already have.

Why it exists

Most families have the same shoebox. Prints from the seventies, a few school portraits, a phone full of recent snapshots, and no single place where a whole life sits together. Slideshows try, but a slideshow is a list. Watching a face change, one photo slowly becoming the next, is something else. People sit very still for it.

Making that used to take an evening with three AI tools and a video editor. funmemo runs the whole thing for you: it checks the photos, puts them in age order, animates each pair, retries the ones that drift, adds music, captions and your message, and hands you a file you can play on the TV at the party.

Who is behind it

funmemo is built by a small team led by Guy Margi, working with the same AI video models used by studios, wrapped in a product a non-technical relative can finish in twenty minutes. Support is answered by people, not scripts. The founder reads every message about a video that went wrong.

• Honest results. AI animation is not perfect. That is why the first animation is free, every animation has three free retries, and every pack carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Your photos are yours. They are stored privately, used only to make your video, never used to train AI, and deleted 30 days after your last edit. Details in the privacy policy.
• No fake proof. The sample videos on this site are made from AI-generated photos of fictional people, and they say so. When real families let us show their videos, we will say that too.
• Pay once. No subscription, no expiring credits, unlimited re-renders of your own video.
